I am, a recently certified IPTPA Level one coach and certified Level One Pickleball Referee. With an athletic background in distance running and Pilates, I have been hitting pickleballs on the courts of Calgary, Canmore and occasionally Palm Springs since 2018. While currently employed in the human resources field, I hope to eventually retire and share my joy for this fun sport by teaching others the FUNdamentals of pickleball – if it isn’t fun, why do it?! I value drilling and game play (rec and competitive), as the former will lead to a huge improvement in the latter. As a coach, I am dedicated to instilling that same passion and skill in players of all levels. If you’re stepping onto the Pickleball court for the first, fifteenth or seventy-fifth time, I am here to inspire, motivate, and guide you to success, always with a focus on fun and fundamentals.
